Description

Deliver a study on "Farmer stewardship and farm advisory services: the dynamics of decision-making in farm business". The general objective of the project is to deliver and present a study for Members of the AGRI Committee of around 80 pages on the role of farm advisory services in shaping farmers’ decision-making in the EU countries, in relation to the various aspects of managing a farm business. The study will analyse the role of AKIS and agricultural advisory networking in different Member States highlighting strengths and weaknesses of the system and providing insights about the role of farm advisory services on farmer’s decision making processes in a selected panel of Members States. Minimum requirements: team of minimum 3 experts with sound educational/professional qualifications and experience that are clearly relevant to the delivery of the research project (in particular knowledge transfer in agriculture, farm economics, agriculture sector social dimension, agricultural data and statistics, and agricultural policies and legislation and notably the CAP). Participation to this procedure is open exclusively to natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties, to natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the EU in the field of public procurement, and to international organisations. This means that access to this procedure is granted to entities based in EU Members States; Overseas Countries and Territories; EEA Members: Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein; Countries under SAA: North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo; and EU nationals living in a third country. Others can participate only as subcontractors.
