Full official description
The European Parliament launches this tender procedure for the ‘Provision of service staff for the European Parliament’s visitor facilities’ and seeks a service provider (contractor) who will provide the necessary manpower for services such as reception and cloak-room facilitation, audio-guide distribution and invigilation in the exhibition spaces, and similar services.In the light of the imminent expiry of the current service contract in December 2023, the EP launches this tender procedure with the aim of signing a framework contract for a maximum period of 4 years.The mentioned visitor facilities concern: the Parlamentarium, the House of European History, the Visitors and Seminars Service (VISSEM), the Info Hub and Station Europe, which are integral parts of an overall visitor offer provided by the Directorate for Visitors of the Directorate-General for Communication of the European Parliament.
