The general objective of this framework contract is to maintain and further develop peer learning opportunities to help improve the capacities of Member State authorities to use and manage funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund (JTF). It focuses on the consolidation of successful formats, such as the REGIO Peer2Peer Communities, and their extension to cover the specific needs of other Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy services and of other capacity building initiatives involving communities of practice and networks.
