Aviation is changing, and so are the skills needed to keep it flying safely and sustainably. Through the EPAS 2025 Task “Future Workforce Challenges”, EASA is working to inspire, attract, and prepare the next generation of aviation professionals while supporting today’s workforce in adapting to new technologies and opportunities. As part of this effort, GEN Days 2025 will take place at EASA in Cologne from 26–28 November 2025, gathering students from EUROAVIA, EASA experts, and industry professionals to explore aviation’s future skills, competencies, and careers. The initiative will produce engaging videos, articles, and visuals to raise awareness and showcase how Europe can build a strong, diverse, and future-ready aviation workforce. The contractor shall provide technical content and direction input for workshops and discussions at GEN Days. During the event, the contractor shall film and afterwards edit and create the visual and digital media.
