Full official description

EU funded Solar for Health Nigeria Programme is aimed at providing 24hours green and reliable electricity supply to public health care facilities across North-West, North-Central and South-East, South-West, and South-South in Nigeria. At least 45 units of 15KWp and 10Kwp systems will be deployed in a public-private partnership, 50% of installed capacity will be sold to off-takers around the facility (households or productive load uses) This TA will act as owners engineer responsible for systems design/validation, sites selection, project management, selection of installation contractors , supervision of solar micro-grid installation and retrofit work at PHCs selected, load assessment, communications and visibility of the overall programme, stakeholder’s engagement, securing counterpart funding from benefiting states a key requirement for selecting benefiting state. NB: Some selected sites may be located in local government areas with varying levels of security risk.
