Description
This tender concerns a qualitative research study on the role of teleworking in supporting labour market participation, employment retention and sustainable work among workers with caring responsibilities, disabilities or health conditions, and older workers. The contractor will conduct company case studies and stakeholder interviews in 2β3 EU Member States to assess the effectiveness of telework policies, collective bargaining arrangements and regulatory frameworks in reducing workplace inequalities and improving employment outcomes. The study will deliver evidence-based findings and policy recommendations for employers, social partners and policymakers.
