Full official description
The purpose of the contract is to support the implementation of Cambodia’s Public Financial Management Reform Programme (PFMRP) by supporting the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the EU delegation to Cambodia to formulate, plan and implement reform activities to enhance budget credibility, financial accountability and transparency, strengthen efficient budget-policy linkages (including on Climate Change and Gender) and develop capacity for PFM and service delivery. The contract may cover: a) technical assistance open to all Government entities targeted by the PFM Programme; b) support for studies, organisation of training sessions, conferences, seminars, workshops, study tours; c) support for assessments, feasibility studies and progress reports; d) support to policy analysis, dialogue and coordination.
