ECDC intends to award a contract to support the further development of internal processes for preparing ECDC scientific advice on vaccines. The purpose of the contract is to design a structured process for eliciting Member States’ needs for vaccine‑related advice, to develop a framework guiding the selection of the appropriate category of scientific output, and to support the preparation of a draft multi‑annual plan for ECDC vaccine advice for the period 2027–2030. The work will include pilot testing elements of the new process within the ECDC NITAG Collaboration and the development of supporting documentation. The services aim to ensure a more systematic, transparent, and consistent approach to the planning and production of ECDC’s vaccine‑related scientific advice.
