Full official description
The project for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the N'Djamena-Moundou-Koutéré corridor aims to improve mobility and road safety, reduce the number of road accidents, promote better access to commercial and economic activities and improve the provision of essential services such as access to health services in order to support the women and children in the rural areas who will be served by the road corridor.The support for the contracting authority will assist the promoter during the implementation of the project and will cover: procurement procedures, contract management, environmental and social management, road safety, adaptation to climate change, communication and the production of reports.
