The objective of this study is to assess the Member States' transposition and implementation of European Electronic Communications Code (Directive EU/2018/1972). The results of the assessment by the contractor will be used by the European Commission as background information in support of its task to ensure that European Electronic Communications Code is fully and correctly transposed in the Member States.
