This service contract shall create improvement opportunities of wastewater investment projects already financed under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance as well as other representative samples in the country, for agglomerations over 10 000 population equivalents. Indicatively, 10 to 14 audits will be conducted. The audits will look at technical aspects, including but not limited to sludge management and energy efficiency, as well as organisational and financial aspects of the Public Utility Companies operating the systems. The Contractor shall prepare technical specifications and conduct a market analysis of identified critical utility-scale supplies, in view of launching a call for tenders for acquiring such equipment for 8 Public Utility Companies.
