The scope of this negotiated procurement procedure, is the provision of uniforms (garments and footwear) for Europol security guards amounting approximately to 40. The contractor shall provide measuring, delivery and return/exchanging services, as well as specific printing, stitching and embroidering services on specific items. Europol will assess the quality and design of the proposed items on the basis of technical data sheets, photos and samples. Please note that: • Samples of 14 selected items will be requested as part of the technical offer. Samples will be requested to be submitted or delivered to Europol Premises free of charge. • During the contract implementation, measuring services will be provided at Europol Premises in The Hague, The Netherlands.
