The contracting authorities would like to sign multiple framework contracts with three contractors covering three types of services:— language training and assessment in French, German, Italian and Spanish;— short duration courses on specific subjects in English or French;— ad hoc language services, such as professional advice, consultation services, and language testing of job candidates.Successful tenderers are expected to provide language courses for levels A1 to B2 in line with CEFR. These courses must include written and oral comprehension and expression in line with the CEFR framework. They must also include end of term assessment tests validating that the learner is ready to progress to another level. Successful tenderers might occasionally be required to provide language courses and assessment tests for level C1 in line with the CEFR framework in the mentioned official EU languages.All above services might be required to be delivered in authorities' premises or online.
