Full official description

The technical assistance will support the Ministry of the Environment and Forest Resources (MERF) and its various stakeholders involved in implementing the programme. It will cover general coordination of the project, advisory services to stakeholders with regards to the environment and climate change sector in Togo, preparation of terms of reference for studies and training programmes identified, support for monitoring and evaluation, management of contracting processes and implementation of services, and management of the call for proposals process (support for drafting guidelines, evaluation processes, contracting and monitoring of the implementation of subsidy contracts). It will support the MERF in monitoring the implementation of projects in the field. It will organise the technical monitoring committees and the steering committees in support of the national coordination of the programme, and will ensure that it is informed of developments in the sector.
