Provision of support services to the European Union Agency for the Space Programme and the European Commission

An open procurement procedure is planned to be launched by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in due course for provision of support services to EUSPA and the European Commission (EC) in a number of different areas and locations. Precisely, the foregoing procedure is envisaged to be split into five distinctive lots as follows: Lot 1 – Mission, Services Engineering and Uptake Support, Lot 2 – Ground and Space Segments Engineering Support, Lot 3 – Security- Cyber and Risk Analysis Support, Lot 4 – Project Management & Quality Support, Lot 5 – Operations and Service Provision and Management Support. All lots are envisaged as interinstitutional contracts whereby EUSPA and the European Commission will be co-contracting authorities. The services are envisaged to be performed accordingly at the following indicative locations: Lot 1 - EUSPA HQ in Prague, Galileo Reference Centre in Noordwijk (NL), EUSPA office in Toulouse (FR), European Commission in Brussels, Contractor’s premises; Lot 2 – EUSPA HQ in Prague, Galileo Security Monitoring Centre France and Galileo Security Monitoring Centre Spain, Galileo Service Centre in Madrid (ES), EUSPA office in Toulouse (FR), European Commission in Brussels, Contractor’s premises and other location still to be decided; Lot 3 - EUSPA HQ in Prague, Galileo Security Monitoring Centre France and Galileo Security Monitoring Centre Spain, EUSPA office in Toulouse (FR), European Commission in Brussels, Contractor’s premises (with the possibility to extend performance of services under Lot 3 to the locations, such as Galileo Reference Centre in Noordwijk (NL) and Galileo Service Centre in Madrid (ES)); Lot 4 - EUSPA HQ in Prague, Galileo Control Centres in Germany and Italy, Galileo Service Centre in Madrid (ES), Galileo Security Monitoring Centre France and Galileo Security Monitoring Centre Spain, EUSPA office in Toulouse (FR), European Commission in Brussels, Contractor’s premises; Lot 5 - EUSPA HQ in Prague, Galileo Control Centres in Germany and Italy, Galileo Service Centre in Madrid (ES), Galileo Reference Centre in Noordwijk (NL), Galileo Security Monitoring Centre France and Galileo Security Monitoring Centre Spain, EUSPA office in Toulouse (FR), European Commission in Brussels, Contractor’s premises.
