Description
Disclaimer: the description of the nature and scope of the services and supplies of the Multi-Component Security Monitoring System for the EU Space SOC procurement is only indicative, aimed at outlining the concept in broad terms and it may need substantial adjustments. Therefore, it shall not be considered final nor binding. The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a Contract for the development, deployment, qualification and support to accreditation of the Multi-Component Security Monitoring System (“MC SECMON”), based on a pre-existing SECMON development baseline, as relevant. The MC SECMON will contribute to the establishment of the EU Space Security Operations Centre (SOC) enabling the provision of harmonised and state-of-the-art security monitoring capabilities across all components of the Union Space Programme. The Contract may also include optional activities, in particular the maintenance and support to operations of the MC SECMON. The activities to be performed under the Contract include, at high level, the following: - Development and integration of the MC SECMON; - Deployment and qualification of the MC SECMON; - Support to accreditation activities; - Where the relevant options are exercised, maintenance and support to operations of the MC SECMON; - Where the relevant options are exercised, development and deployment of additional MC SECMON enclaves and other system evolutions.
