Provision of security services for the Delegation of the European Union to Ethiopia, the Delegation of the European Union to the African Union, the Directorate General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) of the European Commission, the Embassy of Luxembourg, the European Investment Bank and the EU Special Representative to the Horn of Africa, in order to ensure the security of persons and properties in accordance with Annex I of the present contract.
