It is expected that the scope will cover the provision of certification and renewal audit services related to the standards listed below: • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (or any other updated version of this standard) • ISO 27001:2022 Information Technology – Security techniques – Information Security Management System (or any other updated version of this standard) • ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management – Customer satisfaction – Guidelines for complaints handling in organisations (or any other updated version of this standard) • ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (or any other updated version of this standard) • EMAS (EC regulation No 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 and its respective amendments (Commission Regulations 2017/1705 and 2018/2026)) • Verification of carbon footprint and/or environmental footprint calculation. GHG Protocol/UNE-EN-ISO 14064/OEF Method (Organisation Environmental Footprint) • UNE 170001-2:2007 Universal Accessibility.
