The purpose of the service contract is to support the tri-partite (EU/UN/WB) work assisting third countries in order to build up their capacity to carry out RPBAs/PDNAs/PRNAs. This will primarily be achieved through provision of technical expertise. Various activities are foreseen, including deployment of experts in RPBA/PDNA/PRNA missions, provision of training and capacity building activities to national authorities and regional/international organisations, information sessions for EU entities, as well as support to strengthening the tri-partite (EU/UN/WB) cooperation as well as the internal EU coordination.
