The objective of this contract is to contribute and provide support to the State Advocate’s Office to bring judicial practices in line with best European Union practices and Human Rights standards, which in turn will improve effectiveness and performance of the institution in exercising its public functions through support in the following areas: • Support to analyze the current legal framework of the State Advocate’s Office, its organic law and the respective sub-legal acts, with the aim at increasing and strengthening the role of the State Advocate’s Office based on European Union best practices.• Support to elaborate/develop a five-year Strategic Plan for the State Advocate’s Office.• Support to improve and strengthen the institutional capacities of the State Advocate’s Office through provision of continuous training/ capacity building activities.
