The 3-year study will collect data and information on EU Member States’ existing and forthcoming national and regional policies and initiatives on digitalisation of businesses, on their implementation, progress and concrete outcomes, in the context of the Digital Compass communication and policy programme. The study will help to assess the effectiveness of the national and regional measures and provide evidence substantiating a contribution to the European Semester. It will produce annual country reports for all 27 EU Member States, an annual cross-EU analysis report and a catalogue of best practices to be shared among countries.
