The overall objectives of the contract resulting from the present procurement procedure are as follows: Increase collaboration between EFSA and its institutional stakeholders that are likely to work/cooperate with in incident/crisis situations in EFSA’s remit; Increase EFSA staff's and EFSA Partners’ knowledge and understanding of general crisis handling concepts and specifically of EFSA's crisis handling procedures; Support the continuous improvement of EFSA's crisis handling procedures and incorporating lessons learned from the crisis preparedness exercises to EFSA’s procedures for urgent advice needs; Identify gaps and needs in crisis preparedness trainings; Share good practices during the execution/conduction of crisis preparedness exercises.
