The object of the contract is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services, systematic and non-systematic inspection of buildings for structural works and finishing works, the execution of development, renovation and repair work for structural works and finishing works and on-call logistics services for the buildings of the European Court of Auditors, under the conditions and according to the requirements set out in the tendering specifications.
