Full official description
Frontex intends to launch a NP 3 procurement procedure for the provision of specialized consultancy services to support the implementation of firearms shooting instructors training activities. The objective of the assignment is to provide expert support in planning and conducting firearms instructors course, designing course requirements and drills to design firearms instructors firearms handling and content delivery abilities, contributing to the further development of the course curriculum. The consultant will also be expected to deliver a high-level master class for advanced instructors and prepare final reports and recommendations for the Activity Manager. The services are expected to be implemented over several short missions, including preparation and reporting. The forthcoming tender will be open to qualified individual experts or organizations with proven experience in: • High level firearms training delivery • Firearms training design (including developing training concepts and training manuals). • Firearms instructor development and adult learning methodologies. • Development of personal development plans.
