The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of and support to training. The training seminars will cover on all areas related to the management and implementation of the 2021-2027 period, in particular the regulatory package and the modifications therein, and the monitoring and evaluation requirements, financial management, simplification, ex ante conditionality, performance framework, comitology, as well as connected areas of relevance, such as public procurement, competition and State aid, integrity, fight against fraud and corruption, etc.The objective of the training is to develop the best possible competences of Commission staff, managing authorities and other programme authorities/implementing bodies in the Member States in order to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of cohesion policy.
